No wind? No worries! Paddleboarding is fun everyday. If you're looking for a new water sport, then try paddle boarding. It's the perfect way to keep fit and have fun in waves or on flat water. Paddleboarding hit Poole a few years ago with many surfers and like-minded people taking up the sport to enjoy on 'small wave days'.

Why Paddleboard? The best thing is that it’s so relaxing – an almost therapeutic way to exercise. With just a board and a paddle, there’s no faff – you can just get on the water and have fun. Plus, this easygoing sport gives you a fantastic all-over body workout, particularly the core muscles.

Our two hour lesson includes tuition, tour, hire of paddleboard, life jacket and wetsuit. A perfect way to get started into paddleboarding and a wonderful experience.
